once deal is confirmed, you will get the amount in your Bank Ac thru RTGS/NEFT instantly.

Following documents you will require for demat shares SELL transaction

Upto date Demat Statement.
Pan Card Copy.
Delivery Instruction Slip.
The whole process takes no more than 24 to 48 hrs to complete the deal. transparently
